Recruitment is done on the grounds of tailor-made competencies and standards of efficient behavior, professional expertise assessment of candidates. Thanks to this, only employees that would be efficient in this position, will be able to adapt to our corporate culture in an optimal manner and develop their professional skills.

Our company concentrates on adapting new employees. We have elaborated a specific introduction into the position procedure together with getting acquainted with the company. A mentoring system has been developed and implemented for employees who have been recruited or transferred to key management positions, which is the most effective way to train them in the new position and ensure continuity in management. The performance of our employees is measured by the monthly assessment against key performance indicators. The motivation system for each staff member is based on performance indicators designed specifically for each position. Thus, the salary level of each employee depends on their performance. They are evaluated annually to determine the level of professionalism and growth potential. Evaluation is carried out by determining the employees’ expressiveness to corporate competencies and standards of impactful behavior, as well as assessing the professional knowledge of employees in each position. Based on the results of the assessment, we form an employee pool – a list of the best candidates who can further apply for top positions in the company, as well as receive further training to improve their skills.
